Drake's undergraduate mock trial program has a rich history of providing students a place to learn more about the legal system as well as legal theory and apply techniques and the law to a fictional case each year and present that case at competition. Students get to choose from playing the part of an attorney or a number of witnesses with varying backgrounds to play. Drake's mock trial team has had national success and continues to shine on a national scale. Drake's mock trial team values dedication and members to have an appreciation for the law and our legal system.
